Unique and tailored to the guest of honor, this trip’s classic beach cabana red and white vibe subverted expected 30A Florida bachelorette themes.
5 nights, 6 days, and 11 family and friends meant PLANNING ON PLANNING. Thankfully, this wasn’t my first weeks-long loosely acquainted, 11-person trip.
Teamwork made this dream work, and all of the professional practice I’ve ever had in the real world made this execution run as smoothly as possible.

Planning & Prep

Cultivating her vibe’s specific vision required planning to remain consistent, including branding guidelines, decor and outfit mood board/mock-ups, swag draft designs, and itinerary references.
Organized an 11-person guest list for a 5 night holiday requiring varied travel and accommodation coordination
Building from her branding guidelines, I curated inspiration and designed vended elements and DIY decor to bring the bride’s vision to life, including custom cookies, a 8photo back drop, and buttons
